Right from the start, real estate sales persons
are trained to sell, up-sell, secure the resale, and get referrals
for additional sales.
We're not here to 'sell' you a home. We will find homes that fit the
criteria you define, and we'll help you learn about prospective homes,
areas, the processes and procedures we'll be following, etc.
But we won't sell you. A house will sell itself if it's the right fit.
We know this is an emotional process, and it makes no sense for us to pressure our clients.
